GGP series solid-state high frequency induction heating power supply is using the MOSFET module as the key device of contra-variant. The control system is using automated control system which is composed of singer-chip system to commute, cut, invert. It has the advantages of higher efficiency, smaller size, simple, more reliable and easier to operate and so on. This product is widely used in heat penetration of metal, soldering, quenching and other hot working, heat treatment industry.
When GIP series solid-state intermediate frequency inductive melting power is used in vacuum melting,considering discharge in vacuum,we recommend working voltage<350V when power is below 300KW,and working voltage<750V when power>300KW. |

Work principle:

After bridge tye non-controlled rectifying and LC wave filtering three-phase power is converted into 500VDC work voltage.Because of non-controlled rectifying,the rectifying diode keeps working at max current flow angle and leads to high power factor.
The core part,contra-variant is made of large power MOSFET bridge.The working frequency is controlled by phase-locked loop,Which could trace the paramters of the furnace automatically and keep the form of MOSFET.PWM circuit connects furnace in series-wound type instead of shunt-wong which transistor contra-variant voltage of MOSFET,the furnace's lead-wire only changes working frequency and affect the efficiency more slightly.it's more adaptable for built-incapacitor. Of course,series structure may product very high voltage because of high Q value;this unit could solve the peoblem because of excellent voltage control.
This equipment applies constant power control type,I.E. potentiometer's moduating amount reflects the output power.It does not change with change of the voltage and load.The usage is very simle.The over current protection, over voltage protection and over temperature protection of the equipment can guarantee the reliable work. |
